“Professional and meticulous. A phenomenal job — my home looks incredible now.”
Why Otto
The details you don't see are the ones that last
Anyone can roll paint on a wall. A finish that still looks sharp in ten years comes from patching, sanding, caulking, and priming properly — the part most crews rush. We don't.
Proper surface preparation
Patching, sanding, caulking, priming and concrete grinding done before any coating goes on.
Quality materials
Paints and floor coatings chosen for each surface and how the space is used.
Clean job sites
Floors and furniture protected, and work areas cleaned up at the end of each day.
Professional communication
A clear plan, a written estimate and a final walkthrough with you.

What Chicagoland homeowners say
“Otto's crew repainted our entire first floor and the trim work is flawless. They covered everything, showed up early every day, and the price never moved.”
“We had peeling cedar siding and water damage. They repaired it, primed it, and the house looks brand new two years later. Easily the best contractor we've hired.”
“They painted our office suite over a weekend so we never lost a business day. Clean, professional, and the walls look incredible.”
